1. About these terms
These terms apply to use of the Out And Bout website and enquiries about our event planning and experience services. Out And Bout is based in Pune, India. Contact us at info@outandbout.com.
2. Enquiries and booking confirmation
Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a date, venue, supplier or service. A booking is confirmed only when we provide written acceptance under an agreed quotation or event agreement and any agreed booking payment has been received.
3. Scope, pricing and payments
The quotation or written event agreement sets out the service scope, fees, applicable taxes, payment milestones and inclusions. Additional services or changes must be agreed in writing. Pay only the amount and reference shown on an invoice or payment request issued by Out And Bout.
4. Changes, postponements and cancellations
Please request changes, postponements or cancellations in writing. Availability, supplier commitments and the agreed scope may affect the revised plan and cost. Cancellation charges and eligible refunds are governed by your written event agreement and applicable law. See our refund and cancellation policy.
5. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate event details and timely approvals. Share any relevant venue requirements or permissions needed for the agreed event. Do not submit unlawful content, payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information through the enquiry form.
6. Third-party services
Venues, caterers, artists, travel providers and other suppliers may have separate terms. Relevant commitments and charges should be identified in the event agreement. Third-party links and payment services operate under their own terms and privacy notices.
7. Website content and intellectual property
Our logo, branding, written content and website design are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view this site for personal or business enquiry purposes. You may not reproduce protected material for commercial use without permission.
8. Availability and events beyond reasonable control
We aim to keep this site accurate and available, but information may change and access may be interrupted. Circumstances beyond reasonable control may require changes to an event; any revised arrangements will be discussed under the event agreement and applicable law.
9. Applicable law and your rights
These terms are subject to applicable Indian law. Any dispute process or venue stated in an event agreement remains subject to mandatory consumer rights and other protections available under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
